PROVIDE PROJECT DETAILS: Be prepared to share specific information about your project as requested by the OSIDA representative. This will include details listed in the questionnaire below.

Questionnaire
To help us understand your project and its specific needs during the leasing process, please be prepared to provide details such as:
- PROJECT NAME: A concise name that clearly identifies the project’s scope and intended use of the property.
- PROJECT LOCATION & DRAWINGS: Include any relevant site plans, blueprints, or conceptual drawings that help visualize your project.
- CONTACT INFORMATION: Provide the name, title, email, and phone number of the authorized agent for project-related correspondence.
- PROJECT SCOPE: A detailed description of the project request, outlining existing conditions, proposed changes, and the reasons for these changes. Clearly define the aeronautical and any potential non-aeronautical uses of the facility.
- ESTIMATED MILESTONES: A detailed timeline of the project’s phases, including construction and improvements, along with estimated costs for each phase. This phasing will be used to coordinate with other airport activities.
- ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION AND FUNDING SOURCE(S): Provide the estimated total cost for the project and identify the source(s) of funding.
- IMPACTS: Identify all potential areas of impact related to your project, such as AOA, utilities, pavements, buildings, aircraft and vehicle traffic, and environmental considerations.
- NEW SQUARE FOOTAGE: Indicate whether the project involves adding new building square footage. If so, specify the new building area.
- LAYDOWN AREA: Indicate whether you’ll need a laydown area outside of the leasehold to complete the project. If so, specify the approximate area (in square feet) required.
